Manager
David B. McGaughey is the Operations
Manager of Strata Group leading the Program Management,
Training, Software Quality Assurance, Technical Support,
Documentation and Systems Engineering disciplines. Mr. McGaughey
has over 20 years experience in delivering a multitude of
telecommunications technology development projects to the
service provider industry. Mr. McGaughey is distinguished
as a leader in software application development settings
with expertise in many areas. Mr. McGaughey holds an AAS
in Electronic Engineering from ITT where he now serves as
an Advisory Board Member for the St. Louis ITT School of
Information Technology; CET from Iowa State University Engineering
Extension and various other awards, and related certifications.
