Customer Relations

Strata Group offers customer relations management for the more complex processes and functions for customers. During implementation and rollout Customer Relations works as the Customer Advocate to help the Service Provider rollout C3C® into a production state within the Service Provider network/processes as quickly and easily as possible.

Customer Relations Management Includes:

  1. Supporting Customer requirements/clarifications during development process
  2. Assisting with the generation of use cases
  3. Participating/assisting with customer training
  4. Assisting with the integration of the product in to the customer network
  5. Providing customer with consulting on establishing their Feature Packages
    and Templates
  6. Witnessing and supporting Acceptance Tests and assisting Customers to utilize and follow existing Strata Group processes
  7. Making sure the customer understands how to use the system in their environment in production after training
